UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Antimicrobial Susceptibility: Staphylococcus aureus Susceptibility Among Outpatients

Susceptibilities are based on Isolates submitted from pediatric outpatients to UCSF Medical Center Microbiology Laboratory in 2016-2018.

T/S-trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, CIP-ciprofloxacin, CLIN-clindamycin, DOX-doxycycline

Values are % of strains testing susceptible to listed antibiotic. Isolate numbers and 95% confidence intervals are provided to gauge precision of the susceptibility estimate.
