UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Antimicrobial Susceptibility: Staphylococcus aureus Susceptibility Among Outpatients

PrintPrintPDFPDF

Susceptibilities are based on Isolates submitted from pediatric outpatients to UCSF Medical Center Microbiology Laboratory in 2019.

CFL - cephalexin, CLIN-clindamycin, DOX-doxycycline, T/S - trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole

Values are % of strains testing susceptible to listed antibiotic. CFL susceptibility is inferred from the proporition of MSSA. Isolate numbers and 95% confidence intervals are provided to gauge precision of the susceptibility estimate.
